The 2023 South East Regional Carnival gets underway this evening, with our Division 1 Interleague teams taking on the Outer East Football Netball League (OEFNL) at Belvedere Reserve, Seaford.
The MPJFL would like to congratulate the participants who have been selected to represent the clubs and the league at this years carnival, and wish them well in tonight’s matches as well as over the weekend.

Four leagues will be competing in the championships this year, with each team playing each other in a round robin format. Please see our fixture dates and graphic below:
Outer East Football Netball League vs MPJFL – Wednesday June 7th
MPJFL vs Frankston & District Junior Football League – Saturday June 10th
South East Juniors vs MPJFL – Monday June 12th
Our squads have been training hard for a number of months, and are ready for the challenges that await over the next week.
The South East Regional Carnival has a rich history, and over time has seen an abundance of AFL/AFLW stars begin their pathway journey which eventually led them to the elite level.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the many people behind the scenes who work tirelessly to create these opportunities for participants within the league, in particular Andrew Souter (General Manager) and the respective coaches and officials of all teams.
We would love to see as much MPJFL support as possible at all of the matches, so if you are free tonight and on the long weekend, pop in to the carnival matches to get your footy fix!
